- The encampment begins promptly at 10am.
- All members are invited and encouraged to attend.
- Commander-in-Chief Bruce Frail will join us to install our Department Officers for the coming year.
- Arrive in Houston on Friday for an evening reception with Commander-in-Chief Frail.
- Camp Commanders, bring your Camp flag and stand for display, as well as your Camp Charter and display easel.

VENUE
The Heritage Society Tea Room at Sam Houston Park is located at the corner of Allen Pkwy & Bagby St. in downtown Houston. Parking is across the street and is accessible from Allen Pkwy or Clay St. Follow these 3 links for maps of the Encampment location and the parking area.

LODGING
Members are responsible for arranging their own accommodations.
ATTRACTIONS
If your travel companions need something to do while you are at Encampment, Houston is a good place to be! Here are a few suggestions.
- Sam Houston Park has a variety of historic buildings and monuments.
- Take in the scenery at Buffalo Bayou Park, Houston’s urban oasis.
- Highlights of the Museum District include The Museum of Fine Arts and The Menil Collection.
- Spend a few hours shopping at The Galleria and have lunch at one of the many fine restaurants in Uptown Houston.
REGISTRATION
The registration fee is $30. RSVP by March 15. The deadline for registration is April 14, 2023.
The reception on Friday evening promises to be a lively event. All Encampment participants are invited and spouses are also welcome.
