6:00 PM – Reception for Commander-in-Chief Kevin Martin and Rosemary Martin, President of the National Auxiliary to Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War.

Saturday, May 10

8:30 AM – Setup at Holy Cross Church

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

Encampment registration fee is $10 per member.
The Reception fee is an additional $15 per attendee.
RSVP by April 15. The deadline for registration is April 30, 2025.

This year members will have the opportunity to register and pay electronically.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The reception on Friday evening promises to be a lively event. All Encampment participants, guests and members of the ASUVCW and DUVCW are welcome.

Camp Commanders, bring your Camp flag and stand as well as your Camp Charter and display easel.
